Realizzata secondo un’ antica ricetta tramandata di generazione in generazione, la cipolla marinata “Donna Canfora” deve il suo nome proprio alla donna che la inventò. Si presenta con pezzi di Cipolla Rossa di Tropea Calabria IGP a filetti, aromatizzata con foglie di menta.
