Made according to ancient recipes of the peasant tradition, the sweet and sour onion comes with slices of red onion from Tropea Calabria IGP, flavored, with an unmistakable flavour.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 even if advised in advance of the possibility of such damage. It is advisable to add olive oil to cover the remaining product , to ensure proper conservation.

    The sweet and sour classic I was looking for…
    I gave it to my mum and she made the jar out of it 2 even if advised in advance of the possibility of such damage .
