E’ a product based on Calabrian artichokes, enriched with vinegar, hot pepper and various spices. Made according to ancient recipes of the peasant tradition.

Store in a cool, dry place, Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 30 even if advised in advance of the possibility of such damage. It is recommended to add olive oil to cover the rest of the product, to ensure proper conservation.
