Mousse Cipolla® is our flagship product, inimitable, our registered trademark known and appreciated all over the world.

Its main ingredient is the Red Onion of Tropea Calabria IGP which, thanks to its particular sweetness, to its high digestibility and versatility, make the Onion Mousse® one of the best known and most appreciated products of recent times in national and international gastronomy.

Our recipe, conceived and created by Domenico Furchì, and carried on over time by his wife Teresa, it is unique because it is made according to tradition, without dyes and preservatives.

La Mousse di Cipolla® won the Bellavita Expo London Awards in 2015 and was included in the Basket of Italy in 2020.

It is mainly used to accompany cheese or meat, but it can be combined with any type of dish, thanks to its high digestibility, to its appetizing taste and pleasant smell.
